100% an offensive player without question. Freak athlete but judging by his film, he doesn’t know how to form tackle to save his life. Flex him out as a jumbo TE and throw it up to him. Maybe Stephen Sullivan has a breakout year and that could help land him. Definitely a long shot at best IMO

Sullivan should be an All American. With that height and athleticism, nobody can defend him. If he can stop dropping passes he might just become one of Burrows top targets this season. But yea, if Sullivan has a great season that may sway Washington our way.
