Very true.

In general, however, which of these people have a better quality of life? Especially the last 10 or so years of their life? The women with copd that struggles to breath and dies at 65? Or the non smoking woman that excercises daily and lives to be 85?

Your genetics are the biggest driver.

That’s why you have those cigarette smoking, whiskey drinking, vets, who live to 102.

And you can do everything right, and die at 48.
