The Telluride is awesome. I test drove one. Korean cars are on Lexus level now in terms of fit, finish, and quality of materials. Reliability is also great.
The only thing to be wary of is depreciation. Resale value is really weak with Kia and Hyundai. If you are going to keep it a long time, no problem but if you are going to sell in 4 or 5 years expect a hit.
People out there are still prejudiced against Korean cars. They are just now accepting that Korean pianos and guitars are high quality. Maybe in another 15 years the stigma will be gone from the cars too.
They've come a long way from the Rodney King days.
