Yes, they have. But you shouldn't buy that unless you live in Korea. Buy something made here. And Kia's and Hyundai's are assembled here, of mostly foreign parts. They're not really 'made' here.

My ex’s first car was 2003 Rio put over 150k miles on it in the ten years until it was flooded out due to negligence. Solid car and it was a cheap version.
