That way it’s easy to update if prices change.

I currently have it with all the sheets password protected and have an index sheet at the beginning with hyperlinks to each sheet. I'm running into issues with the mobile version of this though. Ideally we'd like the sales guys to be able to be out on a jobsite and pull up this document whether it be excel or pdf and see the most up to date pricing, rather than them having to save the document each time it's sent out...which is where the dropbox/drive comes in. I'm having issues with the mobile version though b/c it puts all the sheets out in a row at the top thus making you have to scroll to the right to get to them, which is where the index sheet came in; but now the hyperlinks don't work when attempted to open via email on an iphone. any suggestions?
