No, no I haven't
But if I go into a doctor for heartburn, which I've done probably 10 times in my life (I have acid reflux), and he wanted to grab my dick and balls, I would demand some answers as to why.
That is different than going in for a standard physical.
"Hey doc, problem is spicy food is making my chest and throat burn."
"Alright, pull your pants down"

Pretty clear that if I'm going to a sports Dr for heartburn and he ask me to pull down my pants I'm just a fricking idiot.
