Had that done along with a sinus surgery back in 2000. Life changing. Deviated septum where it got broken playing basketball and the right nostril was around 80-90% blocked. We had an ENT do the septum and turbinate reduction and a plastic surgeon do the final straightening and cast on the nose. Hellish recovery week but when they take that packing out and cast off it was glorious.
