re: Border Patrol has apprehended 418,000 illegals to date

It's looking like FY19 is having a major upward trend of border apprehensions. Just about every month has had the highest apprehensions since the last 5 fiscal years. If you follow the data, you notice a sharp decrease in apprehensions just after Trump took office, and that continued on for several months, but things started to return to normal in FY18 and there's a noticeable increase since then. I'm guessing people were afraid of crossing in 2017 because of Trump's rhetoric...now they are trying to get across before the wall is built?
