Yeah it’s not easy. I’ve never been good at cardio or endurance

I was able to get “5 Alarm” status on day 1, which is where you are able to do all of the reps on all 8 rounds on 4 Alarm within the allotted time

But I did not get 5 Alarm on day 2 or 3.

I might have forgot to add I’m doing ATHLEAN x1 not the max shred. Did agility workout today and I hope I get used to the workout videos because I hate them. I can’t stand how he just shows you the move real quick and is on to the next one so you have to pause it. I’m used to following along the entire workout. I’m going to give it a week or so and if I don’t like it more I’m going to ask for a refund.
