How do you know they didn't act?

I don't but if they did then why would it be necessary to "act" again??

Maybe it just was. You want to believe that you have all the facts, but none of us do. It's quite possible that LSU knew about the wire tap, called Wade into the office to re-iterate that he's in full compliance, which he may have done. THEN, a few weeks ago, it's quite possible that LSU was made aware of potentially new information that they wanted to ask Wade about. Wade refused to attend the meeting.

It seems that so many people are just looking to confirm their bias regarding Alleva, and assuming the worst, instead of simply looking at the facts and deducing what the most likely factors are.

In any case, I have NEVER refused to meet with my supervisor, even when they've re-scheduled the meeting. Furthermore, I have NEVER had my attorney present when meeting with any of my supervisors.
