Don’t put a door on the shower!
Rinnai tankless has hot water heater. Anything other than Rinnai is trash.
Run coax and Ethernet cable to all TVs
Don’t put jetted tubs in- they are tough to clean and there’s maintenance to do when they go down.
Make damn good sure that all the dirt around your house is graded so water drains properly away from the foundation.
