No... On an RPO they still don't know if the ball is given to the RB or pulled and passed to a WR.
Whether it's the RB taking the carry or the QB pulling and running/passing it does not matter, there's still a (R)UN or (P)arse (O)PTION

I know it’s just the spring, BUT I have two concerns.... o-line and the kicking game.... other than that this team could be special.

Exactly..that’s why I said they aren’t running RPOs
