I'm personally not opposed to intentionally altering the climate to benefit the human race. I'm opposed to doing it on accident, though.

... you should read up on where the ozone recovery is. It's a great example of an ongoing success. We created a problem, fixed it, and the recovery is on track

again, this is an unsubstantiated point. at best, all you're going to be able to do is circumstantial, i.e. correlation does not equal causation. there is no definitive way to prove that reducing carbon emissions "repaired" or instigated repair of the ozone layer. particularly when asia and india are even WORSE polluters now than they were
