I have no theory, never said I did, I have no opinion on what is in the indictment. I simply posted a justice department document that explains the case against Gatto and Dawkins, and explains a lot of the NCAA applicable rules. Apparently by trying to make out the messenger to be a idiot/band guy it will somehow make the document go away (not directed at you).
