yeah, they're not changing the definition of targeting, and based on the verbiage of the rule, it's far to all encompassing. They're also adding blind side blocks as potential targeting fouls. So they had an opportunity to address people's concerns over the call and just made it even worse. Well done, NCAA, as usual.
