I am pretty sure it has always been 1,400 (the ESPN default), but it may be worth a discussion. With risking hurting your ERA and WHIP and it getting so damn hard to find decent QS, it really only lets you stream K's.
Not a major rule change, but I will make a poll on it once we know the number of teams.

ok well idk where i got that from then. doesn't seem to be a popular opinion tho.
