We as a society seemed to have moved far passed "Sticks and stones"

Words CAN NEVER become a justifiable reason for violence. If /when that happens, society is fricked. We are already on that slippery slope.

What is to stop someone from simply sucker punching who ever they want, and then simply say that person was talking a bunch of stuff and deserved it.

We are dangerously close to this already and I can't believe it.

I'm gonna have to disagree here

I bet I can come up with a hypothetical where words create a justifiable reason to beat someone's arse.

What if you have a paralyzed 10 year old and a full grown adult is following them down the street mocking them and they can't get away because they're in a wheel chair and you can't push them any faster than the guy is walking?
