Have you ever attended school?
What is the offense that is grounds for expulsion? Kids don't get expelled unless they have done something criminal.
Likely wouldn't warrant any punishment. No one touched anyone, No one used profanity or vulgarity. No one did not follow the instructions from their teachers.
The only issue I see on the part of the school, is that the group of what look like middle schoolers appear mostly unchaperoned, and they are boisterous.
If I were a parent I would question the wisdom of the chaperones. The students were there for a pro-life march and generally this should be a non-partisan issue. DC is also a volatile place, as the presence of radicals approaching the kids proves.
I don't want to say this was a setup by the school, but where were the adults to protect their own students.

For a private catholic school, openly mocking a veteran in a way that brings shame to the Church and the School is easily twisted into a violation whatever 'honor code' they signed.
