For anyone that has ever owned a Sig P229, give me your thoughts/experience with this handgun..
I have a late 1990s vintage P229 in .40 ACP. Great gun. Great quality. Great shooter.
After having owned a Glock 23 and shooting them side by side awhile, I decided to get out of the plastic gun game and go all metal classic Sigs of which I was already a fan. I'm probably going to get a P229 in 9mm at some point in the next 2 or 3 years. I have a P226, P220 and P245 as well.

Was able to handle the Nitro version of the P229 last night. Really liked the grip and feel in my hand. Felt much more natural to me than other similar handguns including the Glock 19 and 17.
Premium price is a bit of a put off but I am a bit of a Sig fan boy..
My only concern at this point is the size/weight of the handgun because this would be my conceal carry firearm.
Thanks for everyone's input...
