I understand exactly what you are saying Wick, it isn't a hard concept. It is a good theory and I can absolutely guarantee you that there are biologists and ph.d candidates writing thesis papers on this as we speak.
Seems like a pretty solid theory to me but wouldn't it affect all of the flyways the same if that were the cause, not just the Mississippi flyway? Have folks on the east/west coasts seen a migratory change consistent with the Mississippi flyway?
