That's dandy. Just like Sean Payton sat Drew Brees in week 17, (gasp! Not trying his best to win in a competition!) I'm glad Klopp understands that there are bigger fish to fry.
I don't expect a cowboys fan to remember what that's like, nor a city fan to understand first choice level players are a limited resource at other clubs. When you're down to 1 at a pivotal position, you have to choose your battles. I'm glad our manager understands that and isn't coaching like this is FIFA 19 and he can just give the boys a healing and fitness card and have them ready for the weekend
