I read where the dog survived and will be fine. Regardless of the dude being a prick, the officer obviously shot that dog out of spite.

Maybe so, but when I see a bunch of dicks being dicks to each other I don’t really care about the outcome. Unfortunately the dog got in the middle of these idiots.

I love dogs, but most dog owners leave much to be desired
