I'm also curious about this. Does he have people in LA? Did his family move to CA because of Hurricane Katrina? Let's face it LSU doesn't have a reputation of "coaching up" our players like BAMA.

He’s visited LSU like 5-6 times.
His final 3 had been LSU, USC and OSU for a while.
Urban stepping down eliminated OSU and USC sucking and firing their DB coach eliminated them.

Are you looney? Do you see the number of players LSU sends to the NFL? Do you know why the university is know as DBU? There may have been some disappointments for Tiger fans, but our place develops players.

I’ll give you this at some positions but not in the defensive backfield. That’s where LSU excels at when comes to “coaching up” players.
