Yeah, this judge disagrees with your assessment...
His ruling holds that the individual mandate can no longer be constitutionally justified as a tax now that it is set at zero
So, in your opinion, constitutional rights be damned.... amirite...

It relied upon the penalty to be constitutional. No penalty changes things. You called the Texas judge crazy. Which portion of his decision,specifically do you find craziest. What is the standard for overturning on appeal, and how is that standard met.
Isn’t it beautiful? We all still have our guns, and you don’t even get to keep Obamacare. It’s beautiful.
