If you look at his statements on the Clinton syndicate and how the Obama administration handled the last election, it is clear why Trump picked the guy even if he is old school swamp.

I really wish more of Trump's supporters cared about actual policy and people instead of deciding to wait for Q ex Machina to miraculously save the day. I wonder if all the time and effort wasted in believing that LARPer went in to actual MAGA, where we'd be.
