FIFY. I don't think the vast majority of people in the area mind black people. They just don't want aspiring rappers with pants below their arse moving in nextdoor.

Not buying it. If 10% of people fitting that description moved to Baton Rouge right now, demographics drastically change, and the city vastly improves. Have fun driving 10mph home.
