Saturday-Tuesday was manageable but Wednesday and Thursday were 10/10 for crowd level. But honestly, if you have your shite together and don't "wing it" you will be fine. Between 3-7pm is when you can truly take advantage of FPs. We just kept modifying and were able to get everything except the 3 mountains, mine train and Peter Pan.
We didn't do the mid day break. The stroller we got was quite comfortable for my 1 year old to nap in and even my 5 year old got to rest.
