I said this live. Their WRs were 50 yards downfield. Okay, his knee down. That clock keeps rolling. For them to be aware of that, regroup, race back to the LOS, have a play for 4th and 18 ready would have been a clusterfrick and much larger than ten seconds. This missed call, go figure, gave them more time and a chance to regroup with s free timeout. Every possible shite thing under the sun was magically orchestrated to the nfh degree in that drive.

It really is unbelievable that they benefitted from that disaster of a play. There was another instance in one of the OTs I think where TAMU had a 2nd and 15. They ran a stretch and we blew it up in the backfield but the refs blew it dead for a supposed false start. After they discussed it, decided it wasn't false start and they would re-play the down. So they get bailed out of a 3rd and 18+ and get a free redo
