You need to have a provider log in to use Watch ESPN/SECN+
I just checked, and Youtube TV is on the list of providers on the log in page, so you should be good.
But any device that you can stream SEC+ you can also stream youtube TV
ETA: tuning in for reviews of YTTV. A friend of mine has it and loves it. I plan on switching once my DirecTV introductory deal runs out in Feb, Worried about streaming everything since I only have ATT 12mbps

12M down is fine for streaming, assuming thats the only thing happening at the time. If you have other people trying to use the internet at the same time then you may have some issues.
Real question is usage cap.
