End of the barrel on the Belgian made barrels is thin. I think that was the main reason with the possibility of the barrel failing. It still grouped the steel shot pretty tight from what I remember.

Old time A5s look cool and all, but they are absolute mules to shoot for an extended amount of time... Especially if you don't have a buttpad on the stock.
