re: Northern Italy Trip Review (UPDATED Final Day in Modena)

Credit cards work just fine in Italy. Haven’t had any fraud problems despite repeat trips, nor have I heard of any extraordinary level of identity theft from full time residents who use their CCs just as much as anyone else. Of course, common sense precautions are always a good idea...Bank ATMs rather than off brand ones, etc.
