Should I consider trading away T. Hill?

Given his gradual decline in point output would it be at all wise to start shopping Tyreek Hill around for a more productive WR?
If so, who do you recommend I look at picking up?
*The league scoring is standard non-PPR btw

I've never really been successful at offloading a diminishing WR for a more productive one without masking it as a 2 for 1 deal to the bottom dweller. Typically they dont have anything worth it though. Good luck
