Blacks and latinos are more likely to be killed by cops, though the killing of unarmed US citizens, in general, is very rare. I agree that he's wrong about this. But I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and say he's misinformed (not malicious in his intent) by academia, the media, along with the emotions that come with racial and communal ties.
