I’m betting she’ll be a no-show Thursday. Her attorneys will be there with some sort of vaguely worded prepared statement hoping to stall a little longer.

She should’ve been subpoenaed to appear Monday. This is ludicrous.

If that happens, Kavanaugh will sue her. And she can't escape discovery in that one.

I expect this.
Her lawyers will show up and grand stand saying how outrageous it was to expect her to re-live this incident in front of so many people. This is a private matter, and the men in the Senate should be executed with Judge K just for wanting this helpless 51 year old professor to answer any questions.
