It's pretty obvious they think it wasn't a legit move, just look at the questions the committee asked the mom. The jersey stuff is just the easiest to prove cause there is literally a picture of it, and finding him in violation of that accomplishes the same thing as finding them guilty of violating the bona fide move bylaw which they were also accused of violating and requires much less digging.

So let me get this right: the kids dad is employed at hahnville and his brother is still attending school in Houma????

If the above is correct how can anybody disagree with the lhsaa

In this case, who cares? His father was terminated by the school! Why would any person alive PAY to send their kid to a private institution that just fired his parent?

The rule was there to stop recruiting. This kid was transferring because of his fathers situation. Who fricking cares what their address is?
