Planning a trip in May 2019. Any recommendations on a charter / guide. Would like to have the flexibility to do some snorkeling and touring Ft Jefferson.
Thanks
Thanks

Cant tell you who to use but I had bad experience with Adventure Watersports. Booked with them to dive Marquesa keys, bought plane tickets then they cancel on me 3 days before trip due to double booking. I booked months ahead. I wrote a bad review and they lied in the response. There are several other companies that go but you have to book entire boat.

Only want a private charter. Not interested in the shared trips unless I know them personally.

There are several then. I was quoted $800 a day for boat and captain by a couple of them. Wound up not going there and staying in Key West to dive

Take one day of your trip and head out to the Tortugas via seaplane or the Yankee Freedom. Tour the fort & spend the rest of the day snorkeling. The Yankee Freedom is a good deal because they will feed you breakfast on the way out and lunch before you head back.
Fish on the other days of your trip.
IMO, it's not worth it to pay $$$ to run that far to fish when you can target the same species in the Keys.
