Yeah, Bauer's daughter immediately sprang to mind. His wife may have been worse.

But that first season suffers from being on network TV badly. They had to keep getting Jack into deeper shite through 23 episodes or whatever and they didn't know how to handle these two dimwitted characters for that long. If you go back and watch that show, it's pretty brutally bad.
