So regarding hip displagia developing - I thought this was something that they either have or don’t have pretty early in life, like the ball is either in the socket or it’s out, and not something that just develops once they are older. Am I wrong?

My dog had it but sadly never became an issue because she died early from dog chron’s disease. Sweetest dog ever.
