Was my first ever Tiger game. I was probably 11 years old. I remember several umbreallas around me getting turned inside out with the nasty weather. Seemed like every time the Tigers got the ball, the sky opened up.

Still special as it was my first game.

I was sitting with my dad on the 2nd to top row lower bowl on 25 yard line east side.

Most miserable game ever.

Dad, who must have been around 60 years old then, refused to leave before the game was over. I stood with my hands cupped around my face during much of the monsoon with my back to the game on the top row hugging the wall. At the time, I wore soft contact lenses and I felt like they were going to wash away.

Again... probably the most miserable game, weather-wise, in the history of Tiger Stadium.
