Is this a reliable resell site like stubhub? I'm looking to buy Elton John tickets for his Houston show and this site has some of the cheapest tickets.

Reliable? Yes. Just not as reliable as Stubhub.

You don't see fees until the very last screen of checkout, they might not be as cheap as you think. Just a little bit of a heads up!
