Treat your workout every morning like a job.

Set your alarm for whatever time

Go to your gym or go for your run, get your workout in

Then carry on.

It doesn’t have to be a production.

If your deal is to workout at lunch or after work, so be it. Just do what makes you happy and don’t do it to try and impress anyone.

You can’t live your life trying to make other people happy, you have to make yourself happy.
