re: Why do hospitals make it so hard to rest after surgery?

I was in the ICU at Lakeview for three weeks after my accident, and they were great, I'll never be able to say enough good about that dept. They were good about keeping things as normal as possible for me, and that was with being required to come in and drain CSF fluid out of my back 3 times a night.
