While he was interim coach he did not allow official visits to LSU while he was the interim. He wanted the new head coach to be able to choose who he wanted to bring in and not waste LSU's official visits when there was going to be a new head coach.

So, O made decisions which impacted LSU recruiting in 2016. In 2017 he made all the decisions which led LSU to have one of the lowest rated recruiting classes in over ten years.

Beginning in 2015 he was the DL coach. Are you saying the DL coach here since 2015 who is supposed be a top recruiter has no responsibility over DL recruiting and DL depth in 2017?

This is why you catch the shite you do. We all know the HC closes the deals, but position coaches, interim coaches, and RCs ALL have responsibilities in the process. Your acting as if O's hands are clean in this depth issue only makes you look foolish.

I'm saying the Dline coach does not choose how many Dlinemen the team signs? Do you think the RB coach doesn't think the team needs to sign more RB's, etc. The head coach decides who and how many of each position is signed not the Dline coach.

Yes, and like stated earlier he decided to keep all the guys that stayed committed through the HC firing, interim coach and not knowing who the LSU HC would be when it was all said and done. He could have been an Ahole and let some of them go, but he didn't.

the absolute horror of finishing 15th out of 130 teams when only signing 22 players.

I thought I was pointing out that the LB's, D and O lines have much more quality and depth since he has been the coach. Do you disagree? Which position do you think is worse off today than it was in November of 2016?
