This is going to sound crazy but I swear it works. Get some liquid wart remover and tooth pick. Dip the tip of the tooth pick into the liquid wart remover and then stab the wart. Do this every other night and in a couple weeks it will be completely gone.

Don't do this or knife it out. Just stay steady with the wart remover even after it's pitted out. You'll get the roots and everything eventually, just takes time.
