re: Tell me about your HOA

I have one here in south Florida. All the houses are on 1.5 to 2 acres and a lot of folks have horses. It’s 27 dollars a month which keeps the auto gate and front of neighborhood cut.

Old guy told me it was basically put in place to prevent a more encompassing busy body type of HOA from starting up. I’ve put up a fence around my perimeter , cut down some trees , and redid my pool area without even a second glance.
