Military. Read Q. Military is the one entity not controlled exclusively by anyone. White hats helped get Trump ahead of the curve to save this nation and restore our republic. That is the theory and it seems more plausible each day.
How in the hell you think Trump has stayed ahead of them all so far? Military Intel isn't the same source as CIA or NSA. I have a cousin in military Intel and he says they can't stand the NSA and they work in the same building at Fort Meade. They don't trust each other and there is a divide.
