First, you have to correctly identify the murderous dictator. The Clinton Kill List was up to 47 before Seth Rich.

Each time they claim it was an accident. “A million to one shot!” Terrible tragedy! Except the investigators start to get REAL suspicious by the time the 2nd and especially 3rd wife dies “accidentally“.
