Years ago I ran 2-3 miles a day while working out of town. Haven't exercised for a couple of years. I told myself I would begin to walk once daylight savings began. So far so good. I clocked 18 miles for the week two weeks ago and this past week I had 24 miles. Saturdays and Sundays I get in a couple of walks, rotating with the family members. Sunday I walked on 2 occasions and my first run in years. It was only 1 mile and a quarter but it's a start. 1.25 walk and run last night and again tonight. Front calves, whatever they are called were a little stressed at the end but I walked it off. 9:50 pace each run Let's hope I keep it up! Yard work and exercise, thanks Corona.
