Here’s the problem. The bolded part above cannot possibly be true for everyone who buys a home warranty or they’d all go out of business.

Some people are going to have a great experience. Some people won’t. That’s how these things work and it’s really luck of the draw.

For things like this (IMO), it’s a good idea to self insure if you can
