Even if they have to play it by the book they can still play some offense. If it's gotten to the point of squatters rights then research whatever rights he has and don't give him one bit extra. First step is to get a deadbolt for your bedroom, buy a mini fridge, and buy window a/c unit. No free meals, keep all of your groceries in your room behind lock and key then buy a lock for the central a/c and keep it at whatever minimum is allowable. Get rid of cable and internet and any convenience that he takes advantage of, even down to a washer/dryer. None of this will happen though because this whole situation is a product of enablement. They need to take this case to Judge Judy and let her set him straight!
